TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions should apply to orders via our website and social media.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering as these terms will apply to any orders you place to us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not place an order.

We reserve the right to refuse your orders or bookings if they violate these terms and conditions, and in cases we find them necessary.

ORDERING FOODS

Your order confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the food ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the order on your behalf, you agree that such person or entity acted as your agent.

We offer a Delivery service to the local area of our restaurant subject to minimum delivery spends. For more details of the prescribed delivery, you can mail us to info@popadomsindian.com  or you can get information from our website and social media.

Minimum order value applies for food delivery. You will be notified when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value. Payment must be in Turkish Lira(TRY).

If you place an order via our site www.popadomsindian.com, you will be notified with confirmation on your digital device that your order has been received.

Confirmation of your order will be sent to the customer’s email address provided. Please make sure that the email address, home address and telephone number you provide are correct and in proper working order, as these are required to fulfil your order.

We are committed to providing a quality service. We accept no responsibility or liability for the quality or quantity of any products delivered by or collected outside of our restaurant.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Order collections are ready in our restaurant premises usually within 30 minutes, subject to availability. We aim to provide the best food delivery service in the area at the time we quote. Our estimated time for delivery is 30 to 45 minutes Tuesday to Thursday and 45 minutes to 1 hour on Friday and Saturday. On Monday we are closed.

Unfortunately, things don’t always go as per your plan due to some factors, such as high demand, resource availability and traffic. These factors occasionally may prevent us from achieving your expected delivery time.

ORDER TIME

We are unable to accept orders online either delivery or collection less than 20 minutes before the stated closing time. Should you have any questions, please call us at our restaurant +90 548 881 43 21, +90 548 882 43 21.

We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time.

FOOD PRODUCTS & ALLERGY INFORMATION

All food products are subject to availability. In most cases, we will offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.

Please note that we do not have a dedicated preparation or serving area for alcoholic beverages. We maintain a zero-alcohol policy at our restaurant premises.

Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. The Desserts and Ice Cream sold by Popadoms Indian Restaurant may contain nut derivatives.

If you have an allergy, we kindly ask that you do not order online. Instead, please make phone call to our restaurant directly and inform us about your allergy information, so that you can receive the right meal from us.

Although great care has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and meat some may remain due to customer preferences and food recipes.

Drinks and desserts are only delivered with the main dishes.

FOOD/PRODUCT IMAGERY

All food item images used are for illustrative purposes only. Individual features such as ingredients, colour and other food/drink items may vary with the food we serve. All images are intended to give a general indication of the finished product only and should not be used for purchase purposes. Please refer to food items or menu descriptions for details of specific food products. All images are not intended to serve you the exact food items as the site image shows you.

PAYMENT & PRICING

Prices are as quoted on our menus, website and in the restaurant brochure and may change from time to time, although changes will not affect orders already placed (unless due to a technical error). Prices are added with VAT and the last payable amount to a respective menu item.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash
• Credit Cards – Visa and MasterCard
• Debit Cards

Please note we do not accept cheques and money orders.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & AMENDMENTS

Cancellation or amendments to the order of any food items can be made no later than 1 hour prior to the delivery or collection time requested and must be made by phoning the respective restaurant personnel directly.

We will issue a refund to your credit/debit card account within 7-10 working days.

Cancellations within 1 hour of the start of the delivery time will not be honoured with any refund and charged in full.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have the full right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes we make to these terms and conditions will be posted on this page. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions at the time that you order.
